About us
Implementation Director
As implementation director, I oversee our team, projects, and processes, making sure our database solutions are right for our clients’ needs and goals. I’m a Salesforce Certified Administrator, and I really enjoy creating systems for mission-driven organizations who might think tools like Salesforce are out of reach. From identifying new opportunities to ensuring hands-on technical assistance and support, I see projects grow from ideas to actualization.
I’ve been creating database systems for nonprofits and Native CDFIs since 2016, and I love seeing a client get excited about their data. When we’re able to alleviate a pain point, streamline a process, or help a client highlight their impact, it’s a win for them and us. Being there for the “ah-ha!” moments is really motivating.
