Mary’s experience and skills center on impact measurement and evaluation, research, and nonprofit strategy. Since 2016, she has assisted nonprofits with designing and implementing data collection tools and systems based on organizational needs and goals. Mary has successfully contributed to a diverse array of projects and clients, spanning from strategic planning to impact measurement for nonprofits and Native CDFIs. Her focus lies in creating dynamic databases that enable clients to harness the full potential of their data in a way that best suits their needs while optimizing the ability to track their impacts. Understanding the importance of data sovereignty, Mary also prioritizes building clients’ capacity to ensure full control and access to their own data. Her goal is to ensure current processes, tools, and software are fully aligned to create the most relevant and useful evaluation system that enables clients to tell their story through their data.
