About us
Implementation Director
As implementation director, I lead our team in designing and managing database systems that help mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, and Native CDFIs collect and use their data. I’m a Salesforce Certified Administrator with 10+ years of experience in impact measurement, evaluation, and nonprofit strategy, and I specialize in creating systems that fit each client’s unique goals and capacity.
With a background in cultural anthropology, I approach every project with curiosity and a deep respect for context. I love learning how nonprofits work, listening to their stories, and turning that understanding into practical, human-centered data systems. When we’re able to alleviate a pain point, streamline a process, or help a client highlight their impact, it’s a win for them and us. Being there for the “ah-ha!” moments is really motivating. My goal is to make data and tools like Salesforce approachable and accessible, so nonprofits can share their stories and continue to drive change within their communities.
When I'm not working, you can usually find me hanging out with my husband, Nate, and our two cats, Charlie and Franklin, or reading a new book. Like most Coloradans, we love taking advantage of what Colorado has to offer by getting outside with trips to the mountains, concerts, hiking, kayaking, and walks around our local trails.
