Join us for an interactive session for Native CDFIs!

After 10 years of building Salesforce systems with Native CDFIs, Sweet Grass is convening a real conversation about sustainability, leadership prioritization, and long-term capacity. This interactive session will move beyond technical features and focus on how to transform Salesforce into a strategic asset that reflects Native CDFI values and supports lasting impact.

If you’re using Salesforce, considering it, or struggling to boost its value, this session is for you.

Native CDFIs have already invested heavily in Salesforce. Let’s work together to maximize that investment and realize its strategic value.

Attendees at the 2025 Capital Access Convening in Hawaii.

The Native CDFI Salesforce ecosystem has benefited from significant subsidy and partnership support. As those subsidies phase out, we must proactively define sustainable funding and operational models that protect and build upon that investment.

This session creates space for peer learning and strategic knowledge exchange, allowing Native CDFIs to collectively shape practical, long-term approaches to Salesforce sustainability and governance.

By engaging trusted partners such as Oweesta and Sweet Grass, participants will help inform realistic, field-driven models for ongoing technical support, shared capacity, and responsible investment.

Salesforce can either remain a reporting burden or become a strategic engine for growth, impact measurement, and storytelling.
