Associate Implementation Director

As an associate implementation director, I partner with organizations to help them get the most value from their Salesforce ecosystem while ensuring their technology supports their mission. With a background in cultural anthropology and more than a decade of consulting experience supporting nonprofits, public sector agencies, and human services organizations, I've had the opportunity to lead Salesforce implementations, advise organizations on technology strategy, and help leadership teams develop sustainable systems and long-term roadmaps. I enjoy serving as an advocate, facilitator, and translator, helping bridge the gap between organizational goals and technical solutions.

The most rewarding part of my work is helping organizations build systems that enable them to better understand, measure, and communicate their impact so they can focus on the work that matters most. I believe the best technology solutions come from strong partnerships, thoughtful planning, and a deep understanding of each organization's mission.

I hold certifications in Scrum Project Management as well as multiple Salesforce credentials, including Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Strategy Designer, and User Experience Designer.

When I'm away from my desk, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, volunteering as a sawyer with a local wildland restoration organization, or practicing leathercraft in my workshop.
