About us
Director of HR & Operations
As the Director of HR & Operations, my work sits at the intersection of employee experience, operational infrastructure, and organizational effectiveness. Operating behind the scenes, I help build and maintain the systems and processes that allow both employees and the organization to thrive by aligning mission, culture, and performance. My experience is grounded in human resources and has expanded through financial, operational, and strategic leadership over the course of a more than 17-year career supporting mission-driven organizations focused on serving others.
Outside of work, I am most likely to be found with a book or pen in hand, vicariously exploring or creating a different world with an interesting cast of characters, or holding an embroidery hoop while bringing modern patterns to life in an old-school medium.
