Associate Implementation Director
I bring 20+ years of experience working for and alongside mission-driven organizations, with more than a decade spent actively using and configuring Salesforce to support teams over time. I most recently worked in a managed services capacity, partnering with organizations through long-term engagements and developing a deep understanding of how people, processes, and technology intersect in day-to-day operations.
I approach my work as a trusted collaborator, focused on listening first and adapting solutions to fit each organization’s priorities and ways of working. I’m especially passionate about increasing user adoption through clear, straightforward explanations and practical training. I also enjoy streamlining business processes, helping teams save time, reduce friction, and sustain systems that support their work well into the future.
