Environmental Stewardship Program partner and program cards
American Indian College Fund
The American Indian College Fund brings access to higher education for American Indian and Alaska Native students across the country. Its Environmental Stewardship Program supports tribal colleges and universities in protecting and restoring Indigenous homelands and ecosystems vital to tribal lifeways. The program advances environmental education, community-based research, and culturally grounded stewardship that honors Indigenous intergenerational knowledge transfer to future generations.
-
Sweet Grass supported the American Indian College Fund's Environmental Stewardship Program by developing infographic information cards for each tribal college and university (TCU) that participate in the program.
-
Collect programmatic data, degree and coursework offerings, and partner information of each participating tribal college and university.
Aggregate data and showcase how TCUs are advancing environmental education.
Produce partner and program profile cards featuring location and demographic data.
-
The profile cards are available on the College Fund's website and serve as marketing materials for participating tribal colleges and resources for students wanting to learn more about environmental programs offered by TCUs.
