The Monacan Indian Nation (MIN) is a federally recognized tribe headquartered on Bear Mountain in Amherst County, Virginia. WIth over 3,200 citizens, its mission is to honor, preserve, and uplift the rich heritage, culture, and sovereignty of the Monacan people. Its primary objective is to safeguard the well-being, rights, and prosperity of its tribal community, both present and future.

We aggregated and analyzed Tiwa's data and shared insights on client demographics, inquiries, loan applications, training, and technical assistance. The final annual report provided a concise overview of Tiwa's work and impacts for the year.
