Hawaiian Community Assets

Hawaiian Community Assets (HCA) is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency and nonprofit organization that provides education and opportunities to low- and moderate-income communities, helping them achieve and sustain economic self-sufficiency. Focused on Native Hawaiians, HCA offers a range of services to local families from down payment assistance grants, to emergency and disaster support, to rent-to-own opportunities through their Ua Hale A'ela program.
