Since 2014, NACDC has prioritized its annual report as an effective way to communicate its impact. The reports combine data, stories, and financials to demonstrate transparency, celebrate progress, and build trust with funders, partners, and community members.
-
Demonstrate responsible stewardship and organizational accountability.
Show the outcomes and broader impact of the organization’s work.
Strengthen relationships with communities, partners, and funders through transparency and shared learning.
Build the case for continued investment and future opportunities.

Because of NACDC's continued investment in impact measurement and data systems, it's been able to tell a more robust and holistic story of its impact within its community. NACDC understands its multiplied and extrapolated economic impact and percentage growth year over year, while contextualizing that growth and change within direct community and individual stories. Its ability to document and tell this story has directly benefited its ability to secure more funds, especially with metrics- and data-driven funders.
