Three-year strategic plan for United Way Monterey County

Sweet Grass collaborated with United Way Monterey County (UWMC) to develop a three-year strategic plan that aligns with the organization’s mission and future direction. The process incorporated key focus areas such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and outcome-driven strategies to create a meaningful and actionable roadmap. We engaged with UWMC staff, board members, partners, and clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of organizational needs. By integrating existing key documents and conducting thorough analysis, we helped refine UWMC’s focus while developing a strategic plan that provides clear priorities and direction for the next three years.
