About us
Associate Strategy Director
As associate strategy director, I use my background in both international and domestic sustainable community development to support mission-driven organizations with strategic planning. With nearly a decade of social impact and MEL (monitoring, evaluation, and learning) research experience, I’ve lived in and collaborated with communities in Sub-Saharan Africa, East Asia, the Middle East, and across the Midwest US. I have a master’s degree in global peace and conflict studies from the University of Tromsø in Norway, and I’m particularly passionate about developing organizational strategy, processes, and communication to further social justice and equity.
