About us
Associate Strategy Director
As associate strategy director at Sweet Grass, I help organizations turn their big-picture ambitions into real-world plans and measurable progress. I lead strategy work that connects thoughtful analysis to meaningful action – designing frameworks, guiding decision-making, and ensuring that the goals we set align with the values and lived experiences of communities. My focus is on translating complex ideas into clear, grounded steps so that change happens and lasts.
Before joining Sweet Grass, I earned a master’s degree in global peace and conflict studies and built experience in strategic planning, research, and stakeholder engagement. I draw on that foundation to support strategy development, theory of change processes, and impact measurement, helping clients clarify where they’re headed and how to get there.
What I enjoy most about this work is collaborating with people who care deeply about justice, equity, and community, and helping them move from “What if?” to “What’s next?” Outside of work, I love traveling both domestically and internationally, watching the Green Bay Packers, writing, reading, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with friends.
